	Geoff Squires only has 3% of the shares so I'm not sure what he could have done to stop any sale. There must have been some falling out. Maybe at long last he started to challenge Hassan on the decisions he is making. 	Oncimmune are a relatively small company and will probably need a major partner to co-market what is likely to be a very signficant product, assuming it will be one of the first commercially successful diagnostic screening tests using biomarkers. Today's RNS mentioned a US screening population of over 70 million and the royalty rate to PRM could be considerable. The conversation with JM is puzzling in that you would imagine the December comprehensive rebuttal of the iTRAQ patent on the grounds of Proteome's 'prior art' would be more than enough ammunition to resolve this outstanding issue. However JM is known to be very cautious in his conversations and in any case he is of course not allowed to reveal anything that would be market sensitive. Interestingly, there was clearly not even a hint of today's lung cancer biomarker announcement. On the mention of extending CJP's loan facility 'should it be required', I see this as a prudent message to reassure the City that more is available should it be needed; however with the expected signing fees for stroke and Alzheimer's biomaker deals, plus hopefully an early resolution of the outstanding back-royalties issue, then it's quite likely that this will not be required.
